We are three brothers and a friend who set out on a journey to create a genuine neighbourhood Trattoria reminiscent of the fabulous family-run places of northern Italy where we all grew up.
We cook our seasonal menu with carefully sourced British produce and exceptional Italian ingredients.
All of our pastas are made in house, fresh every day and we prove our delicious pizza dough for over 48 hours in our unique Canalside microclimate.
Gluten free pasta and pizza is also available and we have plenty of vegan options too.
